On the thirteenth of October,2024, at the Rheinpark Stadium in Vaduz, Liechtenstein. Liechtenstein and Gibraltar had a great match faceoff which ended in a goalless draw. Still on the run for the UEFA Nations League Standings, at the end of the match, Gibraltar had five points which kept them at the top of the group, and Liechtenstein held the third position in the group with two points. The outcome of the goalless draw had different impacts on the both team’s chances of moving higher in the UEFA Nations League. Although, Gibraltar had points which keeps them ahead but Liechtenstein’s points keeps them in plans for positive results ahead.

Then, Liechtenstein had the highest number of fouls by 17, while Gibraltar had 10 fouls. Both teams got a total of 4 yellow cards; Liechtenstein had three yellow cards, while Gibraltar had one yellow card. Gibraltar also had a red card.
As the UEFA Nations League continues to show great encounters, Liechtenstein is been looked up to improve their home record and Gibraltar looks forward to maintaining the leading position in the group. There is also expectations on Liechtenstein to work and increase their confidence level, because of their recent win against Hong Kong. As the coming events roll by, the both teams will be expected to improve their standings in the UEFA Nations League.
